A clubhouse like a family house

Hi, I'm Zamaus' founder. Let me tell you...

I love my friends and I love to spend time with them. They can come over whenever they want. At my house we can work, we can chill, we can play pool, table football, board games; we can have an elaborated meal or just order a pizza; we can have a sophisticated philosophical discussion while smoking or we can have a crazy party with loud music and drinks. We can do what we want and we can be ourselves.

Frequent answer & questions

We offer memberships for every pocket. That means some houses are quite fancy, some others are more modest. They all provide what is needed in terms of entertainment and services, nonetheless.

Of course. Members can organize game tournaments, dinners, parties, musical shows and whatever they come up with. Any activity that enriches the community is welcome.

All houses are monitored through security cameras 24/7. An administrator is present 8 hours a day to assist and monitor members activities.

They usually can’t. Based on specific context, like special events, access to non-members can be granted by the house administrator.

As a rule of thumb members are allowed to do whatever they would do if they were guest of some acquaintance. So, common sense is critical. If in doubt they can ask the house administrator. Needless to say they must abide by Government’s laws.

House administrator is the final judge on whatever dispute may arise.

You should report to the house administrator. All members are personally liable and can be expelled without notice if decided by the house administrator.

There’s a level of tolerance for any incident may occur. The administrator can judge the good faith of members and in case of repeating incidents can charge a compensating amount for the damaged property.
